Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Tucker’s Shoe Company purchase. Eligible orders may be returned or exchanged within 12 days of delivery.

To be eligible, shoes must be returned in their original condition. The bottoms/soles must not be damaged, scuffed, worn, or otherwise altered.

To begin a return or exchange, email admin@tuckersshoecompany.com with your order number and the style or size you need help with. We will respond with the next steps.
