PRODUCT DELIVERY

TUCKERSSHOECOMPANY by ALEXANDER TUCKER will send the products purchased through our website www.tuckersshoecompany.com using the USP AND DHL carrier, between the hours of 4pm and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

 

• For national shipments the delivery time is 5-12 business days 
• For customized or out of stock products the delivery time is 5 to 12 business days 
• (IMPORTANT) We are not responsible for any delay that may be caused by the carrier 

 

The delivery period will begin to count from the confirmation of your payment by TUCKERSHOECOMPANY and the analysis of the data, which may take (1) one business day. And from the next business day after said process has been carried out.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are from MONDAY to FRIDAY, excluding Colombian national holidays. For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Monday holidays, the delivery period will begin on the next business day.
