Commercial conditions of changes and/or returns through the website

We want all our customers to be satisfied and meet their expectations with their purchases. If, once you receive the product, you are not satisfied, Tuckers Shoe Company allows you to exchange the product for: Size, reference or color, (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

 

Warranty

If the footwear you purchased shows some suitability or factory error and you complied with a good use of the product, TUCKER'S SHOE COMPANY will be responsible for the repair or change of the product and will assume all the corresponding shipping costs. To make use of the guarantee, please email admin@Tuckersshoecompany.com, notifying your case and the guarantee process will begin. 

• The guarantee of your product is 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Warranty procedure time is 8 -12 business days at the plant.
• If the guarantee period has expired but you wish to make an arrangement , TUCKER,S SHOE COMPANY offers the service at an additional cost . 

 

Return policy

• Product must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
• The product must not be used or washed, nor show any signs of use. 
• Products in "SALE or DISCOUNT" have change only by size. The customer must bear the shipping costs of this change. 
• The product marked as "SALE or DISCOUNT" does not apply for product or money returns.
• All returns or exchanges must include the original bag of the shoes. 
• TUCKERSSHOECOMPANY will not assume any shipping costs related to any return or exchange.
• After 30 calendar days of having made the purchase, no returns or exchanges will be made.
